We are pleased to report that the Sussex Community NHS Trust has now taken occupation of 6378 sq ft of offices on the second and third floors of Southfield House Liverpool Gardens Worthing following completion of the lease and an extensive fit out of the accommodation.

Well located in the centre of Worthing, Southfield House is now fully let to a variety of tech, medical and professional companies. The deal represents one of the single biggest town centre lettings in Worthing for several years.
