Brierley & Coe report that the 8 new units constructed at the popular Vinery Estate nr Arundel have been fully pre-let prior to practical completion of the buildings.
The 8 high bay warehouse & industrial units are scheduled to be ready for occupation in late March 2020 and are currently being fitted out ready for the new tenants.
Brierley & Coe Director Paul Brierley comments “this project has been a tremendous success for our client who will have no income void from completion of the scheme & quality tenants signed up on 5 year or greater lease agreements”
